SOLAR REFER A FRIEND TERMS AND CONDITONS

These relate to our Solar Refer A Friend incentive.
  1. Referral Definitions
    1. We’ or ‘Us’ or ‘Our’ refers to So Energy.
    2. Acceptance of key conditions: By participating in our Solar & Battery Referral Scheme (the “Scheme”), our existing customers (“Referrers”) and the people that they refer (“Referees”) are deemed to accept the following key conditions.
  2. Eligibility
    1. Referrers must be existing customers who are actively looking to install or have already installed solar, solar & battery or a battery only (together the “Qualifying Products”).
    2. The Referee must be someone we have not already provided a final quote.
    3. You cannot recommend yourself.
    4. The Scheme is open to Referrers and Referees who are residents of the UK and must be over 18 years of age. We reserve the right to verify the Referrers and Referees and ask for proof of eligibility.
    5. Under the Scheme, a Referee can only be Referred by one person. If a Referee is referred by several people, the first Referrer to submit an application will be eligible for the reward.
  3. Reward
    1. You can refer as many of your friends and family as you like, there is no referral limit.
    2. The active campaign and the Reward for a Referrer and the Referee is shown on the Solar Refer a Friend page which can be accessed here.
    3. For both the Referrer and Referee to be eligible for any payments under the Scheme you both must have a completed installation of one of the Qualifying Products and have both paid any invoice due in full.
  4. Referral Process
    1. The Referrer must fill in and submit the form provided here (the “Referral Form”), for the Referrer and the Referee to enter into the Scheme.  
    2. A Referrer may refer friends or family to So Energy’s solar and/or battery services at any stage of their own solar and/or battery journey.
    3. The Referee agrees that their name, address and postcode will be shared by the Referrer and the Referrer agrees that their name, address and postcode may be shared to the Referee.
  5. Reward Distribution
    1. The details provided in the referral form must match the details contained on our systems for both the Referrer and the Referee.
    2. Once both installations are completed and paid in full, the Referrer and Referee will be entitled to receive their respective rewards. These will be distributed via BACS transfer within 30 days of receiving the final payment from the Referrer or the Referee, whichever is latest.
  6. Program Modifications
    1. So Energy reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Program at any time.
  7. General Terms
    1. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorised to register as a Referrer or participate in the Scheme in any manner.  
    2. Users may not participate in the Scheme where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.
    3. Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for any other form of compensation and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold.
    4. So Energy reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity.
    5. We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these Referral Terms and Conditions.
    6. The particular Reward and associated Terms and Conditions applicable to the Referrer and Referee will be those advertised on our website at the time the Referral Form is submitted and subsequently received by So Energy.  
    7. Rewards may change from time to time and different users may be entitled to different Rewards
    8. We may refuse to verify and process any transaction that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or believes will impose potential liability on us, our subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents.
