Any brand and model is covered so long as it’s connected to a gas mains supply!
Once you’ve selected which plan you want, Hometree will send you a confirmation email with a detailed list of what’s included.
In the rare occasions that the boiler is unrepairable (i.e. pronounced dead), we will cover 15% of the cost of replacing it (as long as we install it).
You can contact Hometree by phone or through the online portal to book a repair. It takes approximately 2 minutes to use the portal! All they need is your email address. The request is reviewed and assigned to an engineer who will keep you up to date throughout your claim by text and email.
