The plan does not cover the cost of removal and replacement of functioning solar equipment for the purpose of making roof repairs. Monthly payments are subject to an annual increase of 2.5%, to reflect the cost of maintaining and repairing the installed equipment over time.

Yes. Hometree Finance's agreement specifies that the homeowner is entitled to receive any payments relating to surplus energy generated by the system, such as under the Smart Export Guarantee. Once your equipment is installed and commissioned Hometree Finance will send you instructions and paperwork that you can provide to your energy supplier, to make sure these payments are enabled.
