When someone moves in or out of a property we supply, they can let us know directly using our website. If you're an estate or letting company, you can tell us about a tenant, owner or occupier moving in or out by following the steps below.

How Should I Provide The Information?
- Email is best. Please use emails signed with the company's logo and a link to your website
- In the email's heading, please clearly identify the name of your company and whether this is about a 'Move In' or 'Move Out' (it can be both)
- Please include the following information:
- Name of the person (or people) moving in/out
- Date when they have stopped or started being responsible for the property
- Meter readings for all fuels on that date
- Contact details (phone/email) for the people moving in/out
- Send it all to help@so.energy
- Once we've checked all this information, one of our team will let you know when we have updated the tenancy details
- Sometimes we won't be able to implement these changes and we will require the people moving in or out to confirm those details directly with us, or we need to request additional information like check-out/check-in reports or tenancy agreements
