There are a few reasons why you may not have received your bill. Here we’ll provide some clarity on why this may have happened.

How Often Should I Receive My Bill?

We send your bill to you every month by email. All your bills can be found within your online account. The date you receive your bill will be a few days after the anniversary of the day when you joined us. So if you joined us or moved into a house on 1 January, you’ll get your bill a few days after each month. We cannot amend this date.

When Is It Normal for My Bill To Be Delayed?

When you first join us, your first bill may take a bit longer to be created. It's not unusual for your first bill to arrive a month and 10 days after you join.

If you leave So Energy, your final bill can take up to 6 weeks to be created.

If your meter has been exchanged recently, it's normal for your bill to be delayed by a month. It's a good idea to take a photo of your meter readings in case this is needed later.

We know it may be frustrating to not receive your bill, so we appreciate your patience.

What Should I Do If My Bill Has Been Delayed Otherwise?

If your bill has been delayed by more than 2 months, take a photo of your meter readings and reach out to us.
