If you choose to accept our renewal offer, your new tariff rates will kick in the day after your current tariff ends. You will remain on your current tariff until your current contract end date. On the day before your new tariff rate begins, we'll send you a welcome pack which will include everything you need to know about your renewal contract and your payments. Your new tariff and new payments wont start until the day after your current tariff ends.
