Most of our customers choose to pay by Direct Debit, one month in advance. We find it’s the easiest way to manage your account and make sure you are up to date on your payments. 

You may also pay online at any time by logging into your online account, here you can adjust your Direct Debit amount or make a payment using your bank card (1-2 working days to clear). We are also able to accept cheques (2-4 weeks to clear), bank transfers (7-10 working days to clear), payment over the phone (1-2 working days to clear) and cash payments (2-4 weeks to clear), please contact us if you would like help setting up any of these payment methods.
