It's easy to manage your energy account online. From the Personal Details section of your account you can:

  • Change your email address
  • Change your password
  • Add additional phone numbers to your account
  • Choose your favourite energy source
  • Update your communication preferences
  • Set up meter reading reminders

From the Payments section of your account you can also,

  • Change your bank details
  • Change the amount/date of your Direct Debit payments

If you need to add an additional name to your account, remove a telephone number, or anything else, you'll need to get in touch with us to make these changes. See our Contact Us page for more information about how to get in touch.

To add an additional name, we will need the full name, phone number and email address of the person you'd like to add. We'll need to hear from them directly to confirm they are happy to be added to the account and take responsibility for the bills.
